What is Antisemitism?

Known as ‘the oldest hatred’, antisemitism can be expressed as anything from ancient blood libels and conspiracy myths to antisemitism disguised as political discourse about Israel. Read the definition of antisemitism and our guide to recognising antisemitism.

How bad is antisemitism in Britain?

Comparatively, Britain is one of the best countries in the world in which to be Jewish, but we must fight to keep it that way. Britain is at a tipping point: unless antisemitism is met with zero tolerance, it will continue to grow and British Jews will increasingly question their place in their own country.

Campaign Against Antisemitism produces information, research and reports about antisemitism in Britain.

What happens if I witness or experience antisemitism?

Antisemitism is a hateful ideology. If you have witnessed an antisemitic incident, or you have been a victim of antisemitism yourself, the chances are that you will want the perpetrator brought to justice. We have produced a guide which tells you how the law can help. If you would like to know about the law on antisemitism, or would like help dealing with the authorities, please contact us. Our specialised team is here to help you.

How does CAA work?

Campaign Against Antisemitism consists of eight teams which collaborate closely to expose and counter antisemitism through education and zero-tolerance enforcement of the law. All of our teams are run by volunteers who give their time, commitment and talent to make Campaign Against Antisemitism the success that it is. Everything we have accomplished has been done by volunteers. Meet our all-volunteer Management Board or join us!
