Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) is the UK’s leading organisation fighting antisemitism nationwide. In order to tackle a rise in antisemitic instances on social media, our growing Online Monitoring team requires administrators to organise and file their work.
As an Online Monitoring Administrator you will:
- Interact with our cloud-based systems, filter and delegate work requests to Online Monitoring Investigators;
- Review and file work completed by our Online Monitoring investigators; and
- Liaise with other volunteer units within CAA to return reports created by our Online Monitoring team.
Candidates for this position must be highly familiar with navigating the internet effectively and efficiently. Although it is not necessary to have any advanced IT skills or a background in IT or computing, successful applicants will be quick learners, capable of adapting to new tools. Successful candidates will also be highly organised with incredible attention to detail, able to stay on top and maintain track of a high case volume. Successful applicants will have good people skills, capable of dealing effectively with volunteers from across all units and adjusting expectations when case load is high.
