Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) is the UK’s leading organisation fighting antisemitism nationwide. In order to tackle a rise in antisemitic instances on social media, we require investigators for our Online Monitoring team.
As an Online Monitoring Investigator you will:
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into subjects of interest including individual social media accounts, online communities or online trends; and
- Produce detailed reports on investigations for our Investigations and Enforcement Unit to pursue.
Candidates for this position must be highly familiar with navigating the internet effectively and efficiently. Although advanced IT skills or a background in IT or computing are desirable, they are not obligatory, and successful applicants will be quick learners, capable of adapting to new tools and able to produce meticulously precise reports that nullify the need for research on the part of the report recipient. Candidates must also have a good understanding of both historical and contemporary antisemitism and should possess a basic understanding of the law, or be interested in learning about applicable laws, in order to properly ascertain what constitutes relevant material.
