Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) is the UK’s leading organisation fighting antisemitism nationwide. In order to support our Systems team and continue to enhance our operations, we require Systems Support Administrators.
As a Systems Support Administrator you will:
- Assist with general processes within CAA utilising cloud-based services and web-platforms;
- Assist with tasks as they arise within the Systems unit;
- Help to manage our Systems inbox and assist with the general upkeep of CAA systems; and
- Assist our large network of volunteers with technical support.
Applicants for the position of Systems Support Administrator do not require any particular professional background but must be highly IT-literate and extremely quick to learn new tools. Applicants must be patient and able to offer technical support empathetically and effectively to a large volume of volunteers who may not be especially versed in navigating IT issues and cloud-based systems. Successful candidates will be highly precise and capable of conducting work in a highly specific manner.
