The University has not adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism. The University instead adopted the Jerusalem Declaration on Antisemitism, which is a wrecking document designed to undermine the International Definition of Antisemitism.
The Jerusalem Declaration was adopted on 11th May 2022 by the Senate, subject to ratification by the Court, which took place on 28th June 2022.
This information was obtained after Campaign Against Antisemitism submitted a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 on 13th October 2022, to which the University responded on 26th October 2022.
When asked on 21st October 2020, Aberdeen University Students’ Association failed to confirm whether it has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism.
