A.R.U.

University Definition adopted

The University has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism in full, including all of its examples.

The Definition was adopted on 29th February 2024.

This information was obtained after Campaign Against Antisemitism submitted a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on 1st July 2026. On 13th July 2026, the University responded.

The University provided a copy of its Good Speech Guidance which show that the Definition was adopted.

We wrote to A.R.U. Students’ Union on 27th July 2026 to find out whether it has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism.
