University Definition adopted

The University has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism in full, including all of its examples.

On 1st August 2024, AECC University College changed its name to Health Sciences University (HSU). In addition, University College of Osteopathy joined HSU on this date.

AECC adopted the Definition on 8 July 2021.

University College of Osteopathy adopted the Definition on 11 November 2020.

HSU confirmed transfer of the adoption in full including all the examples.

This information was obtained after Campaign Against Antisemitism submitted a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on 6th November 2025. On 27th November 2025 the University responded.

Additionally, the University provided a copy of its Harassment Policy and Procedure for Students effective from August 2024 confirming adoption.

When asked on 7th August 2020, University College of Osteopathy Students’ Union failed to confirm whether it has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism.
