The University has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism in full, including all the examples.
The Definition was adopted on 4th November 2020.
The University has told Campaign Against Antisemitism that: “The introductory wording is displayed on our website and the full wording and contextual examples will be included in the University’s Inclusivity, Equality and Diversity Policy the next time it is updated.”
This information was obtained after Campaign Against Antisemitism submitted a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on 10th July 2020. On 7th August 2020, the University responded. On 15th January 2021, the University updated its response.
The University published a statement on its website on an unknown date in 2020.
When asked on 12th August 2020, Royal Agricultural University Students’ Union failed to confirm whether it has adopted the International Definition of Antisemitism.
