Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) is the UK’s leading organisation fighting antisemitism nationwide. In order to assist with managing the growing influx of volunteers willing to set aside time to help CAA fight antisemitism and protect the Jewish community, we require Recruitment Officers who can manage applications, conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new recruits.
As Recruitment Officer you will:
- Use our cloud-based systems to log and respond to new volunteer applications;
- Liaise with other members of the Mobilisation Unit, attending meetings every two weeks to discuss and review applications; and
- Conduct interviews with volunteer applicants and assist with initial on-boarding of successful applicants.
Applicants must be comfortable navigating cloud-based platforms and web-applications. Although no particular IT experience is required, applicants must be generally fluent with modern IT technology. Applicants must possess a high level of English language proficiency and be capable of accurately gauging high-quality volunteer applicants. Successful candidates will be personable and capable of communicating courteously with both members of the public and colleagues in the Mobilisation team. Experience in recruitment is welcome but not required.
