Training Officer

Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) is the UK’s leading organisation fighting antisemitism nationwide. In order to assist with managing the growing influx of volunteers willing to set aside time to help CAA fight antisemitism and protect the Jewish community, we require Training Officers who can assist our Mobilisation Unit with the on-boarding of successful volunteer applicants.

As Training Officer you will:

• Liaise with our Mobilisation team and provide on-boarding assistance to new volunteers;
• Induct new volunteers, introducing them to the CAA community and ensuring that they receive support and are equipped with all skills required when joining CAA’s volunteer network; and
• Liaise with heads of teams across various volunteer units to deliver tailored training to various volunteers and offer assistance to volunteers who may require additional support.

Applicants must have impeccable personal and communication skills, capable of working effectively and courteously with volunteers across all areas, from all backgrounds and with various skill-sets. Although a high level of IT proficiency is not required, candidates must be capable of dealing fluidly with cloud-based systems and private messaging platforms. Applicants must be versatile and capable of quickly gaining a functional awareness of all the various volunteer units that constitute CAA.
